一 |     中新网8月25日电 据四川省纪委监委消息：日前，经四川省委批准，四川省纪委监委对四川航空集团有限责任公司原党委书记、董事长石祖义严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。         　　经查，石祖义丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，对党不忠诚不老实，对抗组织审查；违反中央八项规定精神，违规使用下属单位公务车辆；违背组织原则，利用职权或者职务上的影响，在职工录用、职务晋升中为其亲属和他人谋取利益；廉洁底线失守，收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼金，利用职务上的便利为他人谋利，接受他人提供的旅游活动安排；私德不修；利用职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人在航线开通、航线调整等方面谋取利益并收受巨额财物。         　　石祖义严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律和生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。
